I was surprised that Jay hadn't yet been reviewed here, which originally made me hesitant (now I suspect those who know him simply want to keep him to themselves!). But the moment I spoke with him on the phone I knew he would be a good choice. For perspective, this was the first time I hired, so I was a bit nervous (not any more!). Jay was GREAT.
